Semo Milling, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Accounting Coordinator.Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position provides accounting and coordination support to the Director of Finance and the off-site accounting services provider.Duties include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable Coordination and Management
Accounts Receivable Management
Accounting Support
Administrative Support
Provide Excellent Internal/External Customer Service
Perform executive and administrative support tasks
Back-up phone operator
Essential Skills:This position requires an individual with the ability to prioritize and multitask while experiencing interruptions. A thorough understanding of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with a high degree of accuracy is a must. In addition, excellent oral and written communication skills, proven organizational skills, and the ability to effectively work within a team are required. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel are critical in this role.Education Level:High School Diploma or GEDRelated Experience:Minimum of 2 years in an accounting role in a high-volume environment
