An employment opportunity currently exists for one part-time witness loan closer in the Cape Girardeau area of Missouri. The representative will service as far north as Ste. Genevieve County as well as Perry, Cape, Scott Bolllinger and Stoodard county to name a few. Surrounding areas of Missouri will be considered assuming the representative can cover the mentioned counties.
Our part-time employees work from their homes. These positions are ideal for persons wanting to get back into the work force, recent retirees, or people with an existing home-based business wanting additional income. Employees need to be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as closings could be scheduled at any time. Compensation depends upon availability and compensation is paid per closing completed.
We are a St. Louis based corporation seeking one representative in the Cape area to conduct in-home loan closings. We are a loan closing service representing many National and Local Title Companies. NO SELLING! Permanent part-time positions. Existing Notary Public preferred but not required. We provide an HP Laser-Jet printer, a commercial grade scanner, all paper and toner, and we will assist you in obtaining your commission to become a Notary Public. An intense training program at our headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri is required before you start your new career. Training to be held in early December of 2025.
