Position Overview:
As a Financial Services Agent at Miliare Group, you will work directly with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve financial security. You will have the opportunity to build and manage your own practice, set your own schedule, and work alongside experienced professionals to grow your business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide advice on financial products and services such as insurance, investments, retirement planning, and estate planning.
Business Development: Build and expand your client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Financial Planning: Design personalized financial plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Education & Support: Educate clients on financial concepts and guide them in making informed decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work with a team of motivated professionals to share knowledge, strategies, and business opportunities.
Continual Growth: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the financial industry.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
No prior financial experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and support.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a business and helping others.
A valid insurance license is preferred, but not required – we can help you get licensed.
