The impact you’ll make
As the Store Manager you’ll oversee customer experience, operations, scheduling,
ordering, financial outcomes, and human resources. In addition to achieving results and
driving company strategies, you’ll emphasize exemplary leadership, exceptional
customer service, and efficient daily business execution. The Store Manager is
accountable for promoting Truck Attire’s vision, mission, and values within the store,
representing the brand. This includes cultivating a positive culture and associate
experience, fostering teamwork, professional development, and a passion for trucks.
What we’re looking for
● Passion for trucks and clients and the desire to grow a fulfilling career
● 3+years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
● Proficiency in computer point-of-sale applications.
● Strong written and verbal communications.
● Highschool diploma or Equivalent
● Leadership skills
● Customer management skills
● Customer-service oriented
● In-depth knowledge of basic business management practices
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● De-escalation skills
