This person will:
Accurately and efficiently prepare any dishes on the menu. Follow recipes and prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked and cold items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu items. Communicate effectively with all staff and management.
