We are hiring! We need a Facility Maintenance Manager to take care of and oversee the general maintenance for our Hardee's restaurant locations. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to ensure that each of facilities is properly maintained. This person needs to have a knowledge of building and grounds-keeping; overseeing the installation, repair and of our companys equipment and on-site facilities. We have 16 locations in the SW Missouri area (Springfield & Joplin), all of which are within 2 hour driving distance from our home office located in Nixa, MO. Travel is required, and some possible overnight stay(s) should there be a specific on-site project going on.
The specific skills we desire include: Decision maker, Professionalism, Ability to oversee others (for example if we remodel a store, this position requires the ability to stay on top of a general contractor, be organized and efficient, familiar with keeping another person on task to get the job done timely), Clean driving record/history, Organized, Detail oriented, Works well with others, General computer skills including Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, and Communicates well with others.
