Sonic Janitorial has four (4) Part-Time subcontractor cleaning contracts available. You will be paid after each cleaning through Venmo. These are 1099 contracts so no taxes will be withheld. You, as a subcontractor, will be responsible for withholding of your own taxes. Two of the contracts are located right beside each other which makes this even better. They are located on the Northeast side of town by I-44.
First contract is every Wednesday and Friday, anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. It is a 2-hour clean job, and the contracted pay is $36.00 per cleaning. On Wednesday and Friday, only part of the building is cleaned. Every Sunday you will do a full clean of the 1st and 2nd floor, anytime between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. This is a five-hour clean job, and the contracted pay is $90.00 per cleaning.
Second contract is every Friday, anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. It is a 1-hour clean job, and contracted pay is $20.00 per cleaning.
Other two contracts are on the south side of town. Third one is every Saturday or Sunday and can be cleaned anytime on either one of those days. 2 hour job and contracted pay is $36.00 per cleaning.
Fourth one is every Wednesday and every Saturday or Sunday. On Wednesday it can be cleaned anytime after 6:30 pm. On Saturday or Sunday you can clean anytime. This is a 4 hour job and contracted pay is $72.00 per cleaning.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are supplied. If you are dedicated and reliable and would like to make some extra cash to help supplement your income, these are the contracts for you. Please forward a resume showing your qualifications and a brief paragraph of why you think you would be a good candidate for these particular contracts. We are looking for someone to start immediately. We are open to duo teams as well.
