Flora Farms is looking for motivated and reliable team members to add to the staff at our cannabis cultivation facility in Humansville. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Trim Associate
- Cultivation Associate
- Logistics Associate
Please bring a state issued photo id along with your resume and current availability. Must be 21 or Older to Apply – No Disqualifying Felonies. We will be performing interviews on site for qualified candidates.
Please park at the North end of the building and enter into the door marked with a blue number “1”.

Trim Associate
$15/hour - 100% Employer Paid Healthcare - Optional Vision & Dental
A Trimming Associate is a full-time, entry-level position in which the employee is responsible for manicuring and quality checking flower. This position requires the ability to stand or sit for 10 hours a day while maintaining a focused and measured workload.
This step in the process is invaluable to production as you will be the front line in preparing the final dress for packaged products and the most comprehensive check for quality deficiencies. You will have the opportunity to work with an engaging team of professionals that prides themselves on providing Missouri with the high-quality, affordable cannabis. In this position you will become familiar the with different strains offered at Flora Farms and gain a strong understanding of the different structures, scents, and colors that make each flower unique.
Cultivation Associate
$15/hour - 100% Employer Paid Healthcare - Optional Vision & Dental
A Cultivation Associate is a full-time entry-level position in which you will learn basic skills of cultivating cannabis. This role gives you the opportunity to learn multiple parts of the plant’s life cycle and gain valuable experience.
- Assist with daily plant maintenance: irrigation, nutrition, cloning, pruning, topping, and training
- Clean/sanitize area and transplant plants at different growth stages to prepare them for the flowering stage
- Log and track plants across stages of growth in traceability software to ensure compliance and scheduling requirements are met
- Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, propagation, transplantation, harvest, trimming, etc. to maximize yield
- Top, defoliate, and prune plants based on instructions provided by management
- Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures
- Manually and/or by cart transport waste to dumping area
- Maintain all equipment, tools, supplies and products throughout the work shift to make certain department is clean when management or regulatory agencies walk the property.
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner according to company objectives and SOPs
Logistics Associate
$15/hour - 100% Employer Paid Healthcare - Optional Vision & Dental
A Logistics Associate is a full-time entry-level position in which you will weigh, organize, and package flower for order fulfillment.
- Sorting and weighing marijuana flower for packaging
- Packaging marijuana flower for prepackaged and bulk orders
- Maintaining product to ensure quality
- Counting and organizing packaged product for order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner according to company objectives and SOPs
