Job Responsibilities include:
Install new landscapes and assist with landscape construction projects
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks
Assist with snow removal operations
Assist crew leader with all aspects of landscape installation and grounds maintenance
Operate and maintain equipment like skid steers, excavators, mini skid steers, trailers, dump trucks, etc.
Perform minor maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain landscaping for various properties, including planting and hardscaping
Set up and manage tools, supplies, and equipment for daily maintenance tasks
CDL is a plus but not required.
Essential Job Functions:
While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme heat and wintry conditions.
Bending and carrying tools or other items may be required.
Employee should be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
