Mowing Crew Leader needed for growing lawn care business! We offer a full range of Lawn and Landscape maintenance services. We need people who can work at a fast pace, and also perform quality work. Pay is by salary. Must be able to work long hours in the heat or cold, and Saturdays when necessary due to rain-outs. Experience a plus! The Position: You will travel from property to property in the Springfield Metro area, providing lawn care to clients (Mowing, Pruning, Weeding, Landscaping, etc., etc.).
Duties will include (but not limited to): Driving Truck with 16-20' trailer. Operating Commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, chain saws, and many other power and hand tools.
Once trained, applicant must be responsible with ability to work on own and perform quality work, safely and efficiently.
Seasonal Nature of Work: Lawn Care is seasonal and has to be worked in around the weather. Applicant must be willing to work around the weather. With year round work available. We work hard from March-October, and hardly work from November-February (still paid).
Preferred Qualifications: Passion for customers, turf and the outdoors.
