Shift: 8AM to 4PM Monday thru Friday – Flexible to come in earlier when needed

We take pride in our clean, efficient, and safety-first production environment. We're currently seeking a motivated individual to join our production team and grow with us.
Job Summary:
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring and recording product quality, packaging finished goods, preparing ingredients and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks that will vary each day, from folding trays to cleaning equipment. This role is essential to ensure that our products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate canning, mixing, labeling, or packaging machines.
Monitor production lines and quickly address any issues.
Perform quality checks as needed.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Label, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
Assist in cleaning equipment and work areas during downtime.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs overhead.
Ability to endure high temperature work environment (it gets very hot inside during the summer).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
