We are looking for a subcontractor to clean 2 buildings. 1st building is cleaned twice a week and takes approximately 4 hours to clean. The 2nd building is cleaned once a week and takes approximately 2 hours to clean. The total pay per week is $108.00, per week. We pay after each cleaning through Venmo. You will be provided a 1099 at the end of January. We are looking for someone to start immediately. 1st building: Wednesday-any time after 6:00 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday, any time. (4-hour clean job both days)
2nd building: Saturday or Sunday, any time from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (2-hour clean job)
