We are seeking an active listener that is easily able to converse with others and quickly develop a personal relationship. We have a passion for helping them others, particularly those customers which may have had an unpleasant experience when purchasing their timeshare. Unlike the high-pressure sales environment in which many owners purchased their current vacation product, we listen to their wishes, anticipate their future needs, and then take a collaborative approach to helping meet these. We work hard to build their trust by taking a genuine interest in their well-being, as a person and client. We arenât a timeshare sales organization or expensive legal firm: Double Edged is consumer advocacy and protection agency that helps owners to exit their existing timeshare programs. Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED required
-Ability to converse fluently in English; a clear voice that is easy to understand as well as an expressive manner and professional vocabulary are key
-Be an organized, self-motivated worker that is able to maintain a regimented work schedule while remaining adaptable
-Ability to work from home after one has proven work ethic and performance
-Sales experience is encouraged; Prior call center sales experience preferred
-Basic computer knowledge
-The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task independently
-The ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly, ask questions during a thorough yet conversational discovery period, and make suggestions that appropriately meet the needs of each unique client based on information learned throughout your conversation
-Agents will have the option to work from home after training, which will take place in our Springfield, MO office. A minimum of three (3) weeks training at the Springfield office will be required before transitioning to a home-office environment. In order to be eligible for this flex-time position, you must have a quiet area where you may work without interruptions, an internet connection with a fixed speed and minimum data plan, and have access to homeowners or rental insurance for the equipment that will be provided to you. You will also need to prove your work ethic and performance.
