Position Title: Ink Maker
Wage: $18/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday
Don’t miss out on this great opportunity. QPS Employment Group is hiring an Ink Maker for a company in Nixa, MO. This is a contract to hire role.
Ink Maker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide support for shipping, receiving, and ink production including stocking materials, preparing product for shipment, supporting inventory management, and staging materials to support production
- Responsible for all aspects of ink manufacturing including mixing, filling containers, capping, sealing, labeling, boxing, and shipping
- Review specifications and raw materials based on the batch ticket for product
- Mix raw materials following company specifications to manufacture product
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
Ink Maker Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with chemicals and inks and handle strong odors
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Organized/detail-oriented
- Self-directed
- Proficient use of both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination; may include vision (near, far, color, glare control), hearing (auditory attention, sound localization), speech, strength, agility, dexterity flexibility, steadiness or reaction time
- Frequent heavy lifting up to 40lbs and may require long periods of standing
