Position Title: Manufacturing Associate
Wage: $12/hour
Shift: 1st

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform machining operations and/or repetitive and standardized disassembly and assembly operations on torque converter assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Set-up and operate various manufacturing machines
- Inspect parts and tag scrap/defective parts per work instructions for disposition by quality
- Meet company goals
- Comply with company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Use of hand and power tools to ensure proper fit, adjustment or function
- Perform washing, cleaning, checking, inspection, tool changes, packaging, machining, material handling and minor repairs in accordance to work instructions
- Use precision measuring equipment to ensure customer specifications are met
- Shall comply with the quality and environmental management systems and associated standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and reasoning skills
- Must be able to read and follow work instructions
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in an environment with possible exposure to temperature variances, noise, dust and fumes
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Good mechanical skills
