Position Title: Quality Manager
Wage: $20/hour+ DOE
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assess quality performance using statistical and analytical methods
- Develop and document quality processes for products manufactured
- Perform quality product inspections using quality instruments
- Perform failure analysis and corrective action investigations
- Monitor quality inspectors and quality processes being performed
- Monitor calibration equipment logs to ensure equipment is calibrated
- Develop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods
- Develop statistical process controls by applying and maintaining applicable control charts
- Work closely with manufacturing with input on daily operation decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
- 2+ years of supervising quality in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a quality or reliability engineering function with a strong process engineering background
- Training and experience in ISO 9001:2015 standards preferred but not required
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations to achieve corporate objectives
- Proficient in use of computers and various software applications (Excel, Word, MS Outlook/Express and MS project, quality analytical)
- Lean, Six Sigma training & experience is desirable
