Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Wage: $21-$24/hour
Shift: Day
Hours: 7am-5pm TBD
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Direct and coordinate production operations within company policies and procedures
- Supervision of all production employees
- Supervision/organization of manufacturing orders
- Supervision of daily, weekly, and monthly output data
- Responsible for plant production quotas and goals
- Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules
- Oversee training as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe plant, including directing plant policies and procedures
- Oversee safety meetings
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff
- Confer with other managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping
- Oversee product quality control and conformance to company quality management system
- Other duties as assigned
Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience with forklift, leading a crew, production, warehouse, and inventory control
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently, operate a forklift, and manage the daily production flow in the warehouse
- Frequent movement around manufacturing facilities, including bending, stooping, and lifting
- Adhere to PPE requirements and dress code
