-Should have experience working with various roofing materials and tools, as well as knowledge of safety protocols.
-Certifications or training in roofing installation may be preferred.
Roofing Project Managers:
-Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
-Coordinate with sales representatives, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, along with experience in project management.
Roofing Estimators:
-Evaluate project requirements, assess material needs, and provide accurate cost estimates for roofing projects.
-Should have a good understanding of roofing systems, building codes, and pricing factors.
-Proficiency in estimating software and excellent math skills are typically required.
Roofing Inspectors:
-Conduct roof inspections to assess the condition of existing roofs, identify problems, and recommend repair or replacement options.
-Should have knowledge of roofing materials, construction techniques, and relevant regulations.
-Certification or licensure in roofing inspection may be preferred.
Administrative Staff:
