Position Title: Outside Sales Representative
Salary: $60K-$70K to start, will be bonus based
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8am-5pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Call on prospective and existing accounts with the goal of initiating new sales orders
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales agreements, close sales deals, and achieve established sales goals
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and develop a targeted list of companies and decision-makers to reach out to for business development purposes
- Offer expert guidance and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client-specific requirements
- Travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth and more
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distributing sales role
- Previous business-to-business sales experience is preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Some travel will be required, out of country travel may be required
