Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Excavation Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. We will be providing qualified paid leads, but expect you to generate your own as well.

This is a HYBRID opportunity. You will work from home, but are expected to meet customers in person at the job sites as well.

No experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to learn.

You will be making a 5% net profits commission on each sale, driven and motivated individuals are expected to easily make a 6 figure income each year with this.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads.

- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records of all activities.

- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services and hard work.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
