Skilled Skid Steer Operator Wanted – Residential Home Builder
We’re a busy residential home builder looking for a skilled and dependable Skid Steer Operator to join our team! If you’re experienced, hard-working, and ready to help us build great homes, we want to hear from you.
Job Details:
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Overtime available)
Pay: Starting in the low-mid $20s/hour, based on experience
Benefits: Overtime, new equipment, job advancement
Location: Springfield, MO area
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proficient in operating and maintaining skid steers, ideally in backfilling foundations
Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to & from our shop daily.
Skills: Ability to work safely and efficiently on residential job sites.
Bonus: CDL is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Do:
Operate skid steers for residential construction projects (backfilling, yard grading, gravel spreading, utilizing skid steer attachments)
Perform basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
Work closely with our team to complete projects on time.
