We are looking for people who have the following skill set:
Crawlspace work, you have to be comfortable in tight spaces. You must be ok with getting dirty, this is not a clean job. You must be ok working in weather either hot or cold and work in the rain. The work includes but is not limited to the following, girder replacement, vapor barriers, mold and mildew remediation, joist repair, foundation repair etc. The same person needs to be skilled in handyman work, lite electrical, lite plumbing, caulking, painting, framing, sheetrock repair etc.
You must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
You must have your own tools. Some specialty tools are supplied.
This position is very important as there are deadlines and legal contracts on the line, if you are not comfortable with structure and deadlines do not apply.
The pay structure is hourly base pay which is an hourly rate that you are paid weekly, after 45-90 days you will move into base pay plus profit share. This requires proof in ability and successful completion of jobs without roll backs or inspection fails. MAKING OVER $60k is a possibility if you are experienced and know how to be efficient. You could truly make more if you are dedicated.

We work in Springfield and surrounding areas.
Every day starts no later than 8 am and we usually quit about 4:30. We do not work weekends unless its an absolute emergency.
