What You’ll Do:
- Assist skilled framers in constructing frameworks for residential and commercial buildings.
- Read blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications.
- Help measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction principles, framing and window installation is a plus, but not required.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
