We are a company that rehabs about 40 houses a year we are looking for people to join our team. The following things are part of what we expect and do on a daily basis.
We work Monday through Friday only 8:00 - 4:30 is expected.
The following is required:
1. Vehicle to get you to and from the job site, getting dropped off is not an option.
2. Basic hand tools and power tools, we will provide anything specialty.
3. Work ethic, you expect to be paid every week we expect you to be at work every week.
4. Honesty and character, Everyone makes mistakes honest people own then and fix them.
Tasks on a daily basis:
Demo
framing
windows
doors
trim
painting
sheetrock
flooring
cabinets
countertops
light plumbing
lite electrical
etc.
