Large Residential Home Building looking for a Maintenance/Punch Out Technician
This position will be responsible for supporting the production team with punch out and warranty operations. Maintaining good communication with employees, subcontractors, and homeowners is a necessity to ensure homes and warranty requests are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
Essential Duties:
- Preform/manage daily punch-out and warranty requests, with the oversight of the production team.
- Preform punch-out and warranty requests, such as but not limited to; drywall & paint repair, door adjustments, flooring repairs, caulking, minor carpentry, inspections, cleaning, etc.
- Inspect all work for quality and completion utilizing checklists
- Ensure job site safety is maintained in current work environment
- Work closely with production team to identify and solve problems
- Maintain communication with subcontractors and homeowners to ensure work orders have been completed on schedule
Qualifications:
- General construction knowledge with an emphasis on punch-out
- Must supply own hand tools
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines
- Must present a customer first attitude
- Self-starter and able to work alone or as part of a team
- Capable of problem solving
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
- Experience with technology is preferred, but not required
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Work outside in uncontrolled conditions
- Ability to enter and maneuver in a crawlspace and on a roof
- Clean driving record with valid driver’s license
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner and communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, and homeowners

- Local work, so you will be home every night
- 40-45 hours per week 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Extended hours and weekend may be necessary on occasion
- Company vehicle during work day
