Job consists of repair & prepare properties for new tenants. (Not a cleaning job)
Rental houses are all located in Springfield (family owned, not a company and not flipping homes)
Need someone who is a self motivator, honest and a hard worker on your own.
We have a lot of work to be done and it can be worked around other jobs you take on. Must have tools to do the job (including skil saw, hand tools, ladder, jig saw is helpful, wet dry vac is helpful, nailer is helpful etc).
Please don’t say you know how to do a job that you can’t because it doesn’t take long to figure out you don’t know how.

Pay is $20 an hour. (Not negotiable) We can offer part time or full time work based on jobs you are doing. (40 hours a week max). Job would start immediately after being hired.
