Job Requirements
1. Must be fully insured. (General Liability & Worker's Compensation)
2. Must be able to make Electrical, Plumbing and Hvac Repairs with permit.
3. Access to Internet.
4. Follow standard photos taking procedures.
5. Must be readily available to contact with project manager for updates on properties.
