What you’ll do:
- Find and fix leaks (shingle, metal, flat, flashing)
- Talk with customers, explain options
- Sell repairs or larger roof jobs (earn commission!)
- Grab materials and get the job done right
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years roofing experience (must know your stuff)
- Good with people, reliable, professional
- Able to lift 100 lbs and work on steep roofs
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Must pass a drug test
What you’ll get:
- Pay from $52K–$95K, depending on experience and commission
