Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of RV units across our dealership lot, maintaining a clean and organized space, and assisting other departments as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating vehicles and equipment, and being part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
Transport RVs between the lot, service area, and showroom
Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and free of clutter
Maintain accurate and updated window pricing and signage
Assist with RV detailing and other tasks as needed through cross-training
Operate tractors, forklifts, and other lot equipment (training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
Must have experience and confidence backing up trailers
Prior forklift or tractor driving experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and assist in other departments (LPG dispensing, detailing, etc.)
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically capable of standing, bending, stooping, and lifting 25–50 lbs (with assistance if needed)
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
