Camping World is seeking skilled and passionate RV Technicians to join our team! We’re looking for individuals with strong diagnostic and repair abilities who take pride in their craftsmanship and thrive on solving a wide range of mechanical and technical challenges.
Whether you’re experienced in RV service or come from a background in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair, we want to hear from you. If you're not already RVDA/RVIA certified, don't worry — we’ll pay to get you certified.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various RV systems, including:
Electrical and mechanical systems
Plumbing and water systems
HVAC and climate control
Carpentry and structural issues
Interior/exterior body repairs
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
Provide accurate estimates for labor and materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Deliver excellent service to customers with professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Proven experience in one or more of the following trades:
Plumbing
Carpentry
HVAC
Electrical
Mechanical repair
RV service and repair (preferred, not required)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to pursue and obtain RV certification (company-paid)
