6:00 am - 6:30 pm
You will work 4 consecutive weeks of 48 work hours and then four consecutive weeks of 36 work hours, and then repeat.).
Job Requirements
Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems
Able to work well on a team
Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Interpersonal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
Associate or Technical Degree (Preferred) or relevant: 3-5 years of experience
Safety & PPE Requirements:
Must be able to tolerate heights up to 10 feet off the ground on occasion. Must be able to independently lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Personal Protective Equipment: Smock, hair net, ear plugs, steel toe slip resistant rubber shoes/boots, and safety glasses. Chemical resistance gloves when performing shut down or proper attire during cleaning tasks
Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands. Must be able to manage walking, bending, standing, twisting, and lifting regularly throughout the course of shift.
salary: $68,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 6:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe manufacturing maintenance technician will perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities.
Repair and maintain production equipment and facilities during assigned production shift in order to meet budget levels in quality and quantity
Maintain assigned paperwork
Complete assigned tasks and special projects
Promotes and exhibits strong Food Safety and Quality practices
Promotes and exhibits strong sustainability practices
Promotes and exhibits strong housekeeping practices
Must report Safety, Food Safety, and Quality, Sustainability and Housekeeping problems to direct supervisor immediately
Actively participate in teams and on projects to improve the metrics for given area of responsibility
Assist Autonomous Maintenance process in plant
Perform other duties as assigned
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
