We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to assist with light management duties at our commercial building, Global Realty Management. This is a part-time, on-site role requiring approximately 6-9 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Visit the property 2-3 times a week for at least 3 hours per visit
2. Be available for maintenance appointments, show vendors around, and collect estimates
3. Collect monthly rent payments from tenants (during the first week of each month) and make deposits
4. Receive and forward mail and packages as needed
