We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support an established healthcare business. This role requires accuracy, accountability, and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Categorize transactions correctly and consistently
Prepare clear monthly financial reports
Support payroll reconciliation and basic financial tracking
Flag discrepancies and request clarification when needed
Requirements:
Demonstrated bookkeeping experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
High attention to detail
Willingness to ask questions rather than make assumptions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time
On-site preferred; hybrid may be considered
Compensation based on experience
