Duties include cutting vacant lots with push lawnmower, operating a weed eater, enforcing lease rules and regulations, violations to tenants, Facebook posting, rent collection, and leasing. Outside work ( outside work and talking to tenants) approximately 2.5. - 3 hours daily Monday - Saturday Can live in home on site for free or commute.
