Well established roofing and construction company seeking an experienced, talented, honest and driven individual looking to accelerate their career, knowledge and income.
Responsibilities are to plan, coordinate, organize, track labor and control production to ensure that all jobs are completed efficiently, on time and at the right price to meet the demands of the current market, our clients and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Recruit crews and manage crew supervisors.
Oversee and monitor the production process in the field and in the office.
Site supervision is required
Ensure that safety guidelines and Safety manuals are provided to the crews and educate crews on our standard of business.
Manage quality control, ensure complete compliance and schedule final field inspections.
Must be able to communicate with customers.
Manage job, materials and labor pricing updates in company CRM
Hire new crews while maintaining existing crews
Establish standard operating procedures for production operations in collaboration with owners.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Requirements:
Must have the following skills: Management, leadership, work ethic, planning and critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be communicate with CEO, Sales Manager, Vendors, Company Controller and Sale force.
Ability to create and manage production budgets
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must be able to work in the U.S.
1 year experience preferred in similar position
