Job Title: Automotive Technician/Mechanic

We’re an established, technician-owned automotive repair and service shop with 34 years in business. We’ve earned a reputation in our south St. Louis county community for honesty and high-quality workmanship. We are seeking a full-time automotive technician with at least two years of experience to start right away.
Requirements
● Two (2) years minimum experience as an automotive technician
● State inspector’s license (or ability to obtain)
● Current driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable
● Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
● ASE certification (or desire to obtain)
● Testing/diagnostic capabilities a must
● Comfortable with wide variety of makes and models, including service vehicles/small buses
● Willing to learn and follow in-place shop procedures
● Ability to work unsupervised but willing to ask for assistance when needed
● Ability to communicate customer needs and estimate before service is performed
● Interest in eventually taking on a supervisor/leadership role in the shop
Pay and Benefits
● Starting at $25.00–32.00 per hour
● Medical benefits available after 6 months full time employment
● Paid holidays and time off after 6 months of employment
