Business Centers of Missouri is a telephone answering service (inbound call center). We are a BBB accredited, stable company, with no layoffs in 46 years of business.
We are hiring telephone operators/secretaries to answer inbound calls for a variety of companies and medical facilities. No telemarketing or sales calls. Some knowledge of medical terminology is helpful, but not mandatory.
PART TIME: afternoons, evenings, and weekends, including some holidays.
Requirements: Good communication, grammar and spelling skills, work accuracy, attendance, and a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm (a typing test will be given). You must be able to be bonded (no criminal record).
$16.25/hour starting pay ($15/hour base paid twice monthly, plus $1.25/hour minimum monthly bonus, including paid training). Bonus will increase with your experience and proficiency. Most experienced representatives make $21 to $22 per hour total.
