Our busy delivery company has an immediate opening for a customer service representative. We handle all types of freight including air freight. The primary duties are answering inbound calls, accurately placing orders in our dispatch system, assisting drivers and customers along with some light office work. You will never be bored, as our customer service representatives also make outbound calls to schedule delivery appointments and update customers and end users. Strong computer skills are a must to utilize our dispatch software along with our customers' websites. This position requires a team player who is able to multi-task and respond quickly. We are hiring for the long term and benefits are included (health and dental insurance and paid time off).
