Oasis Marketing Solutions is a state of the art Inbound and Outbound call center with a nationwide home based agent presence. Because of 15 years of strong client relationships we are experiencing rapid growth within our client care division.
We are now adding 25 new client care professionals that have a strong work ethic and enjoy working from their home based office. Once fully trained, we have several programs offering immediate advancements and promotions.
We offer day and evening positions with shifts as low as 25 hours per week.
Requirements are:
-Bi-lingual preferred
-2 years minimum client care experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Contact Center applications, quality monitoring tools and
applications.
-Comfortable working out of home based office with no background disruptions
-Strong communication skills and solutions oriented.
-Approved VOIP Headset
-Must pass background check
