An employment opportunity currently exists for one part-time witness loan closer in the Saint Louis or Jefferson county area of Missouri. The representative will service Saint Louis County and City along with Jefferson County.
Our part-time employees work from their homes. These positions are ideal for persons wanting to get back into the work force, recent retirees, or people with an existing home-based business wanting additional income. Employees need to be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as closings could be scheduled at any time. Compensation depends upon availability and compensation is paid per closing completed.
We are a St. Louis based corporation seeking one representative in the Saint Louis or Jefferson county area to conduct in-home loan closings. We are a loan closing service representing many National and Local Title Companies. NO SELLING! Permanent part-time positions. Existing Notary Public preferred but not required. We provide an HP Laser-Jet printer, a commercial grade scanner, all paper and toner, and we will assist you in obtaining your commission to become a Notary Public. An intense training program at our headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri is required before you start your new career. Training to be held in July or August 2025.
