The First Unitarian Church of St. Louis seeks an energetic staff member to provide care for children during worship services and religious education programming on Sunday morning. Additional opportunities include child care during program events for the whole church. Sunday mornings are required.
First Unitarian Church of St. Louis is an historic congregation in the urban St. Louis neighborhood of the Central West End. We are a small mid-size congregation with 210 members and approximately 40 children and youth. Unitarian Universalism is a liberal religious movement characterized by a "free and responsible search for truth and meaning". Unitarian Universalists assert no creed or doctrine but instead are unified by their shared search for spiritual growth. Congregations support the values of Love, Interdependence, Generosity, Pluralism, Transformation, Justice and Equity.
