Beacon Hill Technologies, Beacon Hill Staffing Group's technology specialty division is a national IT staffing organization, operating across industries, that provides contract, direct (permanent), consulting and project management services to top companies and their IT departments.
Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for Business Analysts who have experience meeting with stakeholders (IT or Business), Gathering requirements, creating BRDs/TDDs, then working within IT to build out application change within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to understand client business processes and gather business requirements
Translating complex Business needs into Functional requirements documents which will be used by Developers to make system enhancements to meet the needs of the Business
Interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to drive projects
Develop Business process flow diagrams (Visio) and UML diagrams
Experience in developing SQL Queries
Daily involvement with the agile software development life cycle, documenting and working through systems issues as part of a business analysis team
Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating with Developers, Architects, QA teams for Project Delivery
CSG, ICOMS, Ordering and Billing experience is a plus
