We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsManage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnershipsRespond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concernsMonitor account activity and ensure clients’ needs are being metCoordinate with internal teams to deliver services and solutions according to client expectationsMaintain detailed records of client communications, interactions, and transactionsAssist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetingsProvide regular updates to clients regarding account status and any changes to servicesIdentify opportunities to enhance the client experience and propose additional services
