Job Description
As a Communications Officer at Beloform, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our internal and external communication strategies. You will ensure that all messaging aligns with our company values and objectives, while promoting a positive brand image. You will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to create effective communication plans and deliver high-quality content across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.Manage internal communication to ensure staff is informed and aligned with company goals.Coordinate with various teams to support communication efforts across different channels.Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, conferences, and public relations campaigns.Monitor media coverage and provide recommendations for improving visibility.Handle communication-related crises with a proactive and strategic approach.Analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and improve strategies.
