For over 35 years, Commerce Financial Advisors has been working to help clients achieve their financial goals.About This JobThe main purpose of this program is to give a candidate the skills and training required to enter production as a Financial Advisor within an 18-month timeframe.Essential Functions

Fulfill the core skills for Financial Advisors (18 weeks) and Institutional Mastermind training programs

Participate in a minimum 3-month rotation with Sales Support Team

Shadow a Financial Advisor for a minimum of two-weeks

Support various functions across the Commerce Financial Advisors (CFA) business

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required

Strong ability to build client relationships and sell financial services

Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Life & Health licenses or ability to successfully acquire within 6 months of hire date required. Clean CRD required.
