In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in building our HR operations from the ground up – developing the full-cycle recruiting process and ensuring we attract and onboard top talent to fuel our growth. This will include enhancing our HR systems, benefit programs, and performance management program. You have about 3 years of technical HR experience and are comfortable working with some level of ambiguity. You’ll be collaborating with your senior leadership to develop and implement HR programs that will help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
