Ensure complete analysis and understanding of interdependencies and business risks that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of proof of concepts, new products, services, processes and/or support technologies.
Work with business stakeholders to analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals.
Manage creation of reports and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful end-to-end business changes.
Analyze external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Provide guidance and management advice that substantially impacts cost, efficiency, service, and quality.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required qualifications
Experience: Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Technical skills: Skilled in developing, evaluating and documenting internal controls and processes.
Skills:Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to handle multiple projects & priorities, able to communicate in a clear and straightforward manner verbally and written form, make decisions/solve problems while working under pressure and able to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
Preferred Skills
Spectrum Enterprise experience and knowledge of complex products
Experience with Content and Knowledge Management
Knowledge and familiarity with process and workflow tools, technologies, and industry standards
