Job ResponsibilitiesProduction Supervisor (Team Leader) provides daily leadership in an aerospace factory work environment and coordinate all required activities associated with an assigned product line(s), work centers and manufacturing departmentsProduction Supervisor (Team Leader) develops and maintain, for the factory team, a set of clearly defined performance objectives that involve the following areas of individual and team accountability: workplace safety, quality, cost, schedule, process, attendance, cleanliness, and HAZMAT handling and disposal, housekeeping, performance measurements and timely problem resolution.Production Supervisor (Team Leader) develops and deliver plans that meet internal and external customer schedule requirements. Production Supervisor (Team Leader) prepares and implement plans that best optimize the use of available resources.Develop innovative problem resolution processes and encouraging new ideas and methods; utilize standard aerospace problem solving tools such as Root Cause Corrective Action, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, etcEnsure adequate resources are available for the team to produce products that meet established quality, schedule and delivery objectives. Production Supervisor (Team Leader) works to ensure that we are continually improving manufacturing processes and procedures, with technical assistance from tooling, engineering, finance, and materials.Job Qualifications2 year degree in business, engineering, or operations, or related discipline. Will accept combination of 4 years leadership or supervisory experience in lieu of degree3 years experience managing warehouse, production, or manufacturing operationsU.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirement

Manage and monitor regulatory issues and reporting.

Maintain and file documentation needed for reporting to controlling agencies.

Manage internal inspection programs, such as tracking corrective actions and audit follow ups.

Responsible for Respiratory Program.

Tracks employee license and certifications as related to safety to ensure compliance
