Our client is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to support their team with the following responsibilities:Conduct initial screenings for potential candidatesSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersManage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statusAssist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platformsProvide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and filingCoordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments and background checksMaintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processPrepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hiresPerform other HR administrative and clerical tasks as needed
