Salary: range between $130,000 - $160,000, with potential commission potential up to $200,000 Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, manage, coach mentor, train and support all Regional Operations & Sales team members
Direct oversight and P&L management to ensure achievement of net profitability goals, margins, and costs
Work with Operations and Sales leads to assist in development and implementation of programs to meet customer requirements
Conduct Annual performance reviews for direct team and provide oversight of the next level
Develop a growth strategy for the region, focusing on new business development, while maintaining and growing existing business within the region
Ensuring proper operational efficiencies within the regional locations
Support and develop a culture of Safety in all phases of the business
Coordinate with the inside and outside sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals.
Use of ERP and CRM system to perform duties
Supervise shipping, receiving and production to ensure that inventory and other financial records are up to date, complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 8+ years of customer service success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals.
Experience as a supervisor or group leader required
BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Enjoys working with people and fanatical about customer service
Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
Solid computer skills including use of MSOffice (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs
Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components preferred
Familiarity with industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings preferred
Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
